How are the rankings computed?
The rankings are computed purely from user-submitted ratings: each recruiter’s average comes from every moderated, published story about them (rated 1–5), and a recruiter needs at least 3 stories to be ranked so no single experience decides a position; ties break by story count. There are no ads and no paid placement — every story is human-moderated before publishing and does not represent this site’s own view. Recruiters with fewer stories appear in the “New entries” section until enough data accumulates. About
